Andrew Lutfy’s journey to success is an inspiring story. CEO and sole owner of Groupe Dynamite since 2002, Mr. Lutfy is known for his outstanding achievements in the fashion and retail sector.
As President & CEO of Carbonleo, Mr. Lutfy sets the company’s strategic direction and leads the negotiation of major contracts as well as the management of Carbonleo’s assets.
Mr. Lutfy has a forward-looking vision of the experience and environment to be offered to consumers.
His approach is reflected in the development of such large-scale projects as the the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Montreal and the Royalmount multifunctional urban centre.
Jean-Luc Dion has 35 years of experience in engineering and commercial real estate. He has been actively involved in the construction community, serving as Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Institute for Research in Construction of the National Research Council of Canada from 2006 to 2012. In addition, he has received numerous awards, including the Construire award, “Chantier d’importance,” from the Association de la construction du Québec in 2008 for the Quartier DIX30TM project.
A senior member of the Carbonleo team, Mr. Dion leads a multidisciplinary group in charge of all of the company’s construction projects: commercial, residential, office, hotel, theatre, etc.
Jocelyn Galarneau has acquired more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in complex large-scale projects. Within Carbonleo, Mr. Galarneau is responsible for project financing, budgeting, cash flow management and financial statements for the company as well as its projects in development and under management.
Claude Marcotte has been working for major engineering and architectural firms for the past 30 years. Over the course of his rich professional career, Mr. Marcotte has participated in the planning of the Griffintown district and the development of the Tour des Canadiens and the Bois-Franc project. Now a partner at Carbonleo, he is involved with all of the company’s flagship projects.
Mr. Marcotte plays a key role in the strategic development of the company’s major architectural endeavors. He is responsible for managing agreements with municipal stakeholders and external consultants, including urban planners, architects, engineers, entrepreneurs and others involved locally and internationally in the planning and implementation of Carbonleo’s real estate projects.
Dominic Gilbert has more than 20 years of experience in the field of real estate management. In addition to being involved in major real estate projects, he has participated in the planning and management of buildings located in downtown and suburban Montreal as well as in various regions of Quebec and Ontario. He is a member of the Board of Directors of BOMA Québec and the Montreal Real Estate Foundation for Kids.
At Carbonleo, Mr. Gilbert is responsible for the operations of the Royalmount project, the existing buildings on site and the leasing of commercial and industrial office buildings. In addition to negotiating rental offers and service agreements, he manages relations with tenants and other potential customers.
With more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation and talent management, Geneviève Blouin has confirmed, over the course of her professional career, that focusing on team development is what makes them true growth drivers within their organizations. Ms. Blouin had previously worked for several organizations, including Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, CAE and Ivanhoé Cambridge.
Nicolas Désourdy has more than 15 years of combined professional experience in the real estate and retail sectors. As a partner, he plays a key role in product creation, strategic planning, development and the daily management of Carbonleo.
Mr. Désourdy also manages activities related to the leasing of commercial and office spaces in the company’s real estate portfolio. In addition to developing relationships with major retailers and other potential partners worldwide, he manages a dynamic team and oversees the negotiation of leasing offers and service agreements.
Louise N. Pelletier has been practicing real estate and business law for more than 25 years. She is primarily involved in the acquisition, sale and development of large-scale commercial, hotel, industrial and multi-residential real estate projects.
In addition to overseeing human resources, Ms. Pelletier leads a group of seven lawyers who support the management, leasing, finance, construction and development teams for all projects under management. With her solid experience working with institutional firms, Ms. Pelletier is also responsible for corporate governance practices.
Anick Redburn has more that 15 years of professional experience in performance marketing, omnichannel communication, digital transformation, e-commerce and public relations, as well as brand management in the retail and mass-media industries.
With a focus on customer experience and innovation, Ms. Redburn oversees Carbonleo’s marketing strategy and operations, as well as corporate communications. She is supported by a multidisciplinary team of marketing and communications professionals.
Michael Stroll began his career in commercial real estate 16 years ago. As Director of Retail Leasing at Carbonleo, he leads and manages the retail leasing team and oversees budgets, strategy, merchandising, and market research.
Nicholas Kassis has been working in the Real Estate & Retail sector for nearly 10 years, specializing in the leasing of commercial space.
As Senior Leasing Advisor at Carbonleo, he will focus his efforts on the development of targeted strategy and leasing of commercial space, restaurants and entertainment for the Royalmount ™ project.
Sandra started in commercial real estate in 2011 working on various retail development projects. As Senior Leasing Manager, her main focus will be leasing Royalmount project, more specifically the fashion category.
Pier-Olivier has been working in commercial real estate for several years. As Leasing Manager at Carbonleo, his efforts are focused on the many facets of commercial leasing for the Royalmount project.
