Carbon Neutrality

The estimate of operational carbon neutrality

The estimate of operational carbon neutrality is based on current data and anticipated projections. It is based on a planned supply of highly energy-efficient technologies, including an energy loop, geothermal systems and the use of hydroelectricity. These technologies will be combined with rigorous optimization of the building’s energy performance.

In order to achieve carbon neutrality, the strategy adopted focuses first and foremost on reducing GHG emissions at source, before resorting, where necessary, to rigorous, high-quality offsetting measures. The aim of this approach is to keep direct emissions to a minimum, in a spirit of sustainable environmental responsibility. Current projections will be refined by the results of the Bilan Carbone 2024, currently under development. All statements relating to carbon neutrality are made in good faith, but remain forward-looking estimates, subject to revision in the light of changes in available data.
