Carbonleo is a company whose mission is to create unique experiences through innovative real estate projects at the forefront of international trends. Proudly based in Quebec, our privately held real estate development and management company brings together a team with many years of experience in real estate and retail.

Founded in 2012, we now employ more than 170 employees who take care of our various and exciting projects in the greater Montreal area, including:

• The Royalmount project, a new Montreal destination located in the heart of Midtown and currently under construction, where connectivity, creativity and sustainability form a unique whole. It will be the first 100% carbon-neutral mixed-use project in the Americas and the largest LEED Gold retail development in Canada. Royalmount will have more than 170 retailers, including 60 restaurants and experiential attractions.
• Quartier DIX30, Canada’s second largest multi-purpose shopping centre, located in Brossard;
• The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences of Montreal, a luxury accommodation and dining venue located in the heart of downtown.
