Appointed Vice President, Legal Affairs in September 2025, Me Jessica-Lauren Vieira has stood out since joining Carbonleo in 2018 for her unwavering commitment to excellence, strategic vision, and results-driven approach. Her expertise has been instrumental in steering complex negotiations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing sound governance frameworks that have supported the successful development of flagship projects such as Royalmount.

Prior to joining Carbonleo, Me Vieira built a solid foundation in commercial real estate law through her work with a leading publicly traded real estate investment fund and an institutional investment group. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration from McGill University.
