With over 20 years of experience in finance, investment, and institutional real estate, Yannick is recognized for his expertise in investment strategy, financing, asset management, and real estate development.
CPA, he spent nearly 17 years at PSP Investments, one of the world’s largest pension fund managers, where he held the position of Director – Real Estate Investments, Americas, leading the execution of investment strategies and asset management across various real estate sectors. Before joining Carbonleo, he was Vice President, Finance and Investments at Jutras, where he oversaw financial strategy, project financing, and the performance of a multi-residential real estate portfolio.
Today, Yannick brings his leadership, strategic vision, and in-depth knowledge of real estate markets to Carbonleo. His expertise helps drive the company’s growth and bring to life innovative real estate projects that are shaping the destinations of tomorrow.
