With more than 15 years of expertise in the real estate and retail sectors, Nicolas Desourdy is a seasoned professional. He stands out for his leadership and comprehensive understanding of the industry. As Partner and President of Carbonleo, he plays a key role in product creation, strategic planning and development, as well as the day-to-day management of the company.

Committed to the community and the environment, Nicolas led the initiative for Carbonleo to achieve the B Corp Certification. He is also involved with Carbonleo’s campaign to raise money for Centraide of Greater Montreal.

In addition to developing relationships with potential partners on an international scale, Nicolas now heads up a dynamic team that is carrying out transformative projects for the city of Montreal.
