RESPONSABILITIES

Oversee the preparation, improvement, and/or review of asset management reports and other reports for investors.

Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results of the properties, identify areas for performance improvement, and make recommendations for implementing changes to achieve this:

Operating revenues and expenses

Capital expenditures, development, and cash flow

Tenant sales and GROC

Review and comment on lease agreements and submit recommendations for improvement as needed:

Budget compliance

Compliance with agreements with various partners and lenders

Compliance with the strategic plan

Oversee the annual property valuation process

Oversee the property tax management process:

Prepare internal analyses to develop strategies and forecasts for tax assessments and expenses (development and operations)

Manage documentation and the appeal process

Contribute to the annual property budgeting process and the annual strategic review

Participate in improving new work tools related to budgets, financial forecasts, reports to internal/external partners, and KPIs for properties in operation and under development

Review, validate, comment on, and/or complete various ad hoc analyses based on established priorities

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE


University degree in finance or a related field


Professional certification: a plus (EA, CFA, CPA, etc.)


5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role


Strong knowledge of real estate (commercial, office, hotel, and/or residential)

Strong knowledge of Argus Enterprise software

Knowledge of Yardi, Forecast Manager, and Retail Manager: a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel: advanced level

Interest in and skills related to technology solutions

Technical expertise in financial modeling and analysis

Intellectual curiosity and a sense of initiative

Attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to synthesize information

Demonstrate creativity, ingenuity, and autonomy

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
